Virtual Training, Certification and Webinar Events
Dr. Lance Secretan leads a limited number of Training and Certification Webinars and physical events each year through combinations of in-person and digital communications technologies. In each full-immersion experience you will learn the concepts of Higher Ground Leadership® and become proficient at applying this renowned methodology in your leadership, consulting, coaching and teaching roles. The aim of each event is to inspire and change your life.
Higher Ground Leadership® Masterclass
This is a non-credentialing program in which participants join a small group in a 3 ½ day retreat to learn the principles of Higher Ground Leadership®, seeking and finding a path, based on self-reflection and awareness, deep personal learning in the retreat, and from their own personal journey, so that they can provide inspiration and leadership for themselves and others in their lives. This is taught personally by Dr. Lance Secretan at his home. Registrants also receive a free copy of the Spirit@Work® Cards (value $100).
Higher Ground Leadership® Coach
This is a Coach Certification Program presented in conjunction with CoachVille™, and taught personally by Dr. Lance Secretan and Deanna Stull, CoachVille’s™ Chief Experience Officer (CXO). It consists of 7 two-hour teleclasses and participants are also required to complete a practicum supervised by Dr. Lance Secretan and Deanna Stull. This course provides 14 CCEU’s in Coach Specific Training. Registrants also receive a free copy of the Spirit@Work® Cards (value $100). Upon completion, participants receive a certificate, a logo for use in digital and print materials, discounts on Secretan products, access to all of the proprietary materials and website forums of The Secretan Center Inc., and a presence on the Higher Ground Leadership® Coaches directory on the Secretan Center website.
Higher Ground Leadership® Pathfinder Certification
This credentialing program consists of three parts: A 3½ day retreat, a 7-week series of 2-hour teleclasses, and a practicum. This is for those who combine both the deep personal learning from the retreat with the coaching methodology, and through the practicum have demonstrated the skills to both coach people in finding their path and also guiding them throughout their journey, sometimes helping to actually forge the path. Registrants also receive a free copy of the Spirit@Work® Cards (value $100). Upon completion, participants receive a certificate, a logo for use in digital and print materials, discounts on Secretan products, access to all of the proprietary materials and website forums of The Secretan Center Inc., discounts on all products, and a presence on the Higher Ground Leadership® Guides directory on the Secretan Center website, and the opportunity to participate in and help build our community.
