The purpose of the CASTLE® Organizational Survey is to ask deeply relevant questions, in order to understand the current level of inspiration among employees and the degree to which teams and organizations are striving to create inspiring environments.

Current research shows that 65% of North American employees are looking for another job, 80% don’t look forward to going to work on Monday morning, and staff turnover remains the single largest avoidable cost in organizations.
