CASTLE® Organizational Survey

The CASTLE® Organizational Survey asks deeply relevant questions in order to understand the current level of inspiration among employees and the degree to which teams and organizations are striving—and succeeding—in creating inspiring environments.

CASTLE® is an acronym that stands for Courage, Authenticity, Service, Truthfulness, Love, and Effectiveness. When fully lived, these six principles are the path to becoming free from living small, uninspiring lives. The CASTLE® Principles also form the foundation for one of the most rigorous and profound assessments of an organization’s culture and climate available today.
