The Secretan Center’s New DVD-based Modular Learning Program
A world-class team of educators, faculty, coaches, videographers, computer graphics and software experts spent more than a year working with Lance Secretan to create a modular program based on his world-renowned “Higher Ground Leadership®” philosophy—used by 30 of Fortune’s Most Admired Companies, and 11 of Fortune’s Best Companies to Work for in America.
The goal was to create a learning experience that was both affordable and accessible for everyone. Just as important, was to make it exciting and interesting, so the footage was filmed on location skiing in the Rockies at Lance’s home in Copper Mountain, Colorado, and canoeing and mountain biking at his home in Ontario Canada. Many interviews were conducted with people who live the principles he teaches. Nineteen modules have been created, each consisting of one 10-15 minute DVD segment and a teacher’s guide which includes all the forms and exercises necessary for participants for each session. Our Faculty at The Secretan Center teaches you the principles of Higher Ground Leadership® so that you can then become an expert teacher within your organization.
