Assessment Tools: The Soulscreen

Reclaiming Higher Ground seeks to remind us that we have forgotten to ask questions in modern corporate life. It also shows us that in nourishing our personalities at work, we have forgotten to take care of our Souls there. Here are some questions for you to consider which are adapted from the book and may indicate the level to which Soulfulness is present in your work.

Answer each question on a scale of 1-10, where 1 = complete disagreement with the statement and 10 = complete agreement.
