ONE - A Welcome to Visitors

More than at any time in our history, we are witness to a world struggling from the fallout of inappropriate leadership decisions and actions. ONE: The Art and Practice of Conscious Leadership reframes leadership theory with a new vision for the 21st century, and a message for all of us in need of inspired and inspiring leadership.

ONE was published in April 2006 with the support and commitment of a worldwide community who believes in the power and timeliness of this transformative message.  We brought ONE into the world in an entirely new way – with no conventional publishers or distributors involved. First we created a dedicated ONE Community that collaborated not only in developing the manuscript for ONE, but also in a literary open-source project that co-created the suite of working tools that facilitate the teaching to others around the world of the innovative leadership practices found in ONE.  By modeling the power of oneness, these leaders have all stepped forward with a desire to change the world at work, at home and throughout their communities.Community members are now teaching and sharing this message to the world throughout their own communities, in South Africa, Germany, Holland, UK, Canada, USA, Brazil, Australia, and New Zealand.

ONE shows us how to unlock the potential of humans, all humans, not some of them or just the financial parts of them. It shows us how to inspire and enhance our local and global communities by being one with each other and nature. The art and practice of conscious leadership—leadership that inspires extraordinary performance in self and others—can be ours when we return to oneness. 

As global citizens, we have the opportunity and responsibility to communicate messages of hope and transformation.  Our ONE Community is committed to doing that – in the ways they teach, coach, lead, facilitate, speak, write, and model the CASTLE principles shared in the book –   Courage, Authenticity, Service, Truthfulness, Love and Effectiveness.  We know that from this powerfully simple acronym - CASTLE – we can contribute to a positive change in the world.
