<description>Thanks for this Lance – how insightful Dylan was back in 1964. Did he really anticipate rising sea levels that early on? While the reference to water is more likely metaphorical, it’s quite fascinating that he should present his thoughts on change using an image that, for many people, could soon be experienced literally.

I want to thank you also for being such a strong influence in my life and thinking. You’ve always been ahead of your time – Reclaiming the Higher Ground was especially courageous and relevant back in 1996 when it was still difficult to introduce the concept of “soul” in business circles. I hope you are gratified by the accelerating recognition by individuals everywhere that ‘we must be the change we wish to see in the world”. The speed with which consciousness is in fact shifting is most exciting and encouraging.

I have found a way of converging my passion for helping people face and harness change in Heroes at Work (www.heroesatwork.com) - an executive development program designed to help leaders make the evolutionary leap in consciousness that is now vital. Other key influencers – heroes no less -- include Peter Russell, Eckhart Tolle , Margaret Wheatley, Willis Harman and Danah Zohar.

Wishing you and all you colleagues a very successful 2007.
