Wolfgang is the co-founder and head of the Institute of Consciousness (www.Institut-BewusstSein.de) in Germany. Together with his wife Elke he has developed effective ways to unfold the personal potential and strengths and to support leaders, to transform their institutions and companies into successful organizations.

Wolfgang weaves his gifts of the analytical, mind-focused thinking of an engineer with more than 20 years of management experience in various positions within a high-tech industry, with the human face of inner wisdom gained from 20 years following a spiritual path and experiences. This unique combination inspires his work as a leadership coach and consultant, speaker, trainer and author.

Wolfgang is  now partnering with Michael Fromm and the Secretan Center Inc. to bring the new thinking of Higher Ground Leadership(R) into the old world and to form an inspired group of Higher Ground Leadership ® Pathfinders in the German speaking area (Germany, Austria, Switzerland).
