Leadership for Life
Join us in Prague June 28 and 29 for the Leadership for Life Conference co-sponsored by the World Business Academy and Chateau Mcely to address the challenge of creating the inspirational leadership that creates a powerful long-term vision and an environment that galvanizes employees. I will† be the keynote speaker. Other speakers and panelists include World Business Academy President Rinaldo Brutoco, and James A. Cusumano, Chairman and owner of Chateau Mcely. Jim Cusumanoís most recent article in his Leaders Magazine series, ìBusiness May Be Your LifeóBut Life is Your Business,î discusses my work on Inspirational LeadershipÆ and two of the key principles of such leadership. Jimís previous installment in that series was ìLasting Happiness,î in which he described the path to happiness: ìFollowing your sense of purpose leads to passion which unleashes creativity that generates innovation, providing you with a sense of gratitude, which is the source of all lasting happiness.î
There are several events: First, an all day conference in Prague on June 28th†at the Hotel Grand Majestic, that will be attended by 150 Czech business leaders. On June 29th an exclusive workshop for only 23 leaders will be held in the magnificent Chateau Mcely, and on June 30th I will be running a mini-retreat for the leadership team at the chateau.
The Spark, the Flame, and the Torch has been translated into Czech and is being released to coincide with these events in the Czech Republic.
