I am convinced as a result of working with top executives around the world that we have become over-focused on “separateness” thinking. As you’ve witnessed in the past week of audio cards and blog entries, I am so passionate about linking the concept of “Oneness” with Leadership that the findings and ideas are the basis of my new book ONE: The Art and Practice of Conscious Leadership.

Today, I want to explain to you how you can participate in our bold initiative and exciting new adventure related to the message of ONE.

We have developed a unique way to bring this important and cutting edge idea directly to the public. Our plan will enable you and a community of 500 other passionate teachers and leaders from around the world to shape this work and incorporate it into your own. On April 6, 2006, our team – co-creating and collaborating as an “open-source” community around the world -  will launch ONE. Today, I would like to invite you to be ONE of them.

This project has been adapted for use by those in professional practices as well as those seeking to bring sophisticated cultural and leadership transformation processes into their organizations. I am very interested in getting this message of oneness into the world and I realize that removing any cost barriers is a very important step in achieving this—so this initiative has been deliberately priced at an unusually affordable level.

When you become a part of this global community, you will receive 200 copies of ONE: The Art and Practice of Conscious Leadership. But more than this: everyone will engage in a daring experiment of co-creation—we will co-create together the materials and support tools and teaching aids necessary to make ONE an integral part of your work.  This will include professional teaching materials and aids, workbooks, CDs and DVDs, instructor’s guides, surveys and research tools, on-line resources and a six-week training program for each of our members. The worldwide ONE team will support each other by contributing to the creation of materials and sharing gifts, passion and connections. All this will be coordinated by our team at the Secretan Center and the ONE Advisory Circle.

Thought Leaders are already working together as ONE to change the world in England, Holland, Germany, South Africa, Australia, New Zealand, the United States and Canada using the Secretan Center’s innovative leadership practices. You will be able to access our extensive selection of teaching tools and products to help introduce and learn the philosophy of oneness in your organization and become ONE with this progressive group of international leaders.
