I’m just reading this page, now …. I was actually at this seminar ….. I know Leo! I was so pleased to see this synopsis and wonder if Leo has seen this, too? I’m going to send this to him, just in case … I shouldn’t presume that just because I’m just accessing this site now, that maybe I’m the last one in the world to have seen this. I attended a workshop recently by Dick Richards called “Is Your Genius At Work?” and that helped me to see that when I could name my genius (Dick says this is the force that is always present in our being – it can be called our Higher Self, our Dharma, or many other names depending upon our spiritual upbringing or understanding) it became much easier to see how that genius is helping me achieve my purpose. For me, naming my genius “Inviting Dialogue” helped me see that this is how I might define also define my calling and it almost gives me permission to be who I already am, not who I should be or could be or might be. As I build my capacity in the area I know to be my calling, I can alter things right now – in the present – instead of living in potential. This is the premise of my book “The 100% Factor: Living Your Capacity” and I’ve heard one of my friends say that if I’m not living my capacity – my genius – my calling – I’m ripping off the world. Sounds like Leo understands this at a much deeper level after his experience, too!
