Susan Nind
Susan Nind is a teacher, a facilitator, a one-on-one coach/counselor, a consultant and a research collaborator. Susan has over 20 years experience as a change agent and animator with groups and individuals progressing through major life transitions including organizational restructuring.
Susan has held the position of teaching master at two community colleges and lecturer and assistant professor at two universities in Ontario and New Brunswick. She holds a Master of Science Degree in Family and Consumer Studies with a specialization in systems theory. In addition to her consulting, teaching and research experience, she conducts a successful private practice as a therapist.
Susan offers her gift of systemic conceptualizing in being able to see the “big picture” and the interconnectedness of the many parts; she can bring together seemingly disparate aspects and diverging agendas into a whole that allows everyone to see their role and understand the essential part they play in creating the new paradigm for their organization.
