Charleen Tupper, MA, Certified Executive Coach

Charleen is a seasoned organization development practitioner who currently resides in Victoria, B.C. Canada. Her cause is “To co-create organizations and communities that honor the whole-person, and leverage the talents, wisdom and capacities of individuals and teams”. She is the founder and president of InSpark! Coaching & Consulting (www.inspark.ca), and has worked extensively within the B.C. Public Service in a variety of sectors including Health, Forestry, Finance, Social Services and the Office of the Auditor General. Her role has included, facilitator, coach, and consultant during periods of major organizational transformation, and downsizing to support capacity development, employee engagement, creativity/innovation, organizational health and conscious leadership. Charleen is passionate about music, and all things ‘integral’ with an intention to bring the worlds of arts, business, science and spirituality together to foster new ways of thinking and being in the world. She is a member of the International Coach Federation, and received awards of excellence in public service (federally and provincially), and for communications planning from the International Association of Business Communicators.
