Higher Ground Leadership Associates
Kathleen uses her corporate leadership background and life experience to help individuals and organizations achieve their dreams. In partnership with fellow Secretan Associate Barbara Poole, Kathleen offers a program for organizations called Leading Deeply, a tailored experiential process that invites participants to deeply and consciously explore their essence as leaders. Drawing on the wisdom and tools of the Secretan Center, this program is designed to help leaders integrate and embody conscious, values-driven leadership to increase their effectiveness and contribution to their organizations.
