Barbara Poole

Barbara Poole is a Master-Certified personal and professional coach who works with individual leaders and leadership teams to help them become more authentic, intentional and effective. Her work is based in the fundamental belief that the strongest and most successful organizations are those that consciously and intentionally value and inspire their associates as well as their customers.

In partnership with fellow Secretan Associate Kathleen Sullivan, Barbara offers a program for organizations called Leading Deeply, a tailored experiential process that invites participants to deeply and consciously explore their essence as leaders. Drawing on the wisdom and tools of the Secretan Center, this program is designed to help leaders integrate and embody conscious, values-driven leadership to increase their effectiveness and contribution to their organizations.
