Wolfgang Polzer

Wolfgang is the co-founder and head of the Institute of Consciousness in Germany and the first Secretan Associate in Europe. Having over 20 years of management experience in the high-tech industry, Wolfgang combines his passion for spirituality and engineering to inspire leaders and transform organizations.

Wolfgang is dedicated to bring the “new story” of Higher Ground Leadership® to “old story” organizations in the European Community. He helps firms to develop the human side of business through effective job benchmarking, guiding employees into the right roles, leadership development, executive strategic retreats and keynote addresses.

Wolfgang has been offering leadership coaching and training for the past 15 years and has authored several books on the subject of opening up new ways of being, thinking and acting from the wisdom within ones heart.
