Higher Ground Leadership Associates
David Long is the CBO (Chief Blindfold Officer) of ICanLeadBlindfolded.com, an online community training and serving leaders. I Can Lead Blindfolded was created in 2004 at the urging of several school parents as a means to formalize some of the work David was doing with student council leadership groups. Since then the internet community has expanded to include the online social networking web community for students and adult leaders, the 1 Degree Leadership program, and the annual awarding of the CASTLE® Principles Student Leadership Scholarships in conjunction with the Secretan Center and through the generosity of First Command Education Foundation.
