The C.A.S.T.L.E. Principles are the Manifesto of a Higher Ground Leader and we invite you to endorse it by making yours, one of millions of signatures we anticipate receiving. Ask your friends and your work colleagues to add their names too. This is an international plebiscite, designed to change the way leaders think about their followers at work. It is our hope that this Manifesto, also known as the C.A.S.T.L.E. Principles, will inspire a new paradigm of leadership thinking and become the guiding principles for effective, values-centered, spiritually guided organizations and communities everywhere.
