Wahn Yoon is a former senior strategist for J. Walter Thompson and has led large social marketing accounts including Magna International/ Harvard University, UNESCO, UNEP, CARE International, The Hospital for Sick Children, and The Grocery Industry Foundation. He was instrumental in launching Toronto as the centre of excellence for Corporate Responsibility Strategy in the JWT global network.
As a Principal in strategic consulting firm Scientific Intelligence, Wahn has provided C-suite level insight and strategy for Wendy’s, Molson Coors, Boehringer Ingelheim, Kruger Products, Rona, the United Nations Institute for Training and Research, and many others.
Previously, Wahn was V.P. Strategy for a national corporate/NGO consortium in the U.S. that advocated successfully for an unprecedented level of public investment. Previously, he was an analyst and management trainer at McKinsey. Wahn’s extensive corporate partnership and management consulting experience includes developing strategic plans and programs with JP Morgan Chase, Vivendi Universal and Altria.
Wahn serves on the boards of several organizations, has served as a trustee of the Samsung Family Foundation, and attended Harvard College and Columbia Business School. Wahn is the Secretan Center’s expert on Scientific Intelligence.
