Ron is honored to bring his passion and expertise in the field of leadership and change management to the Secretan Center. His core belief is that meaningful organization and societal transformation begin when human beings rediscover and reconnect with their unique potential and gifts. Tapping that inner source of strength permits each person to make a positive difference through their efforts at work, in their homes, and in their communities.
For the past 23 years, Ron has consulted on change management projects, strategic planning initiatives and designed and conducted creativity and innovation sessions, programs on leadership, trust building, and coaching with clients in Canada, United States, Europe, and Asia. His compelling Cause is to be an advocate for sacred Corporate Social Responsibility that fosters a sense of pride of the people in their organizations and that leverages their experience to positively impact the world.
