Helen Morley brings the motto "People are our most important asset" into a reality. Helen is a skilled and creative facilitator, program designer and mediator with experience in team and organizational development, organizational change strategies, performance management, leadership development, project management and dispute resolution. Helen has served as Secretan Senior Faculty for Higher Ground Leadership® Retreats and works with the Secretan Center’s psychometric tools.
Helen has an uncanny ability–and the courage–to ask questions that go to the heart of her clients’ needs to reveal the people dynamics at work in their situation. "Go deep or go home" is Helen’s second motto. She prefers to engage fully and commit to a quality outcome from a full understanding of a situation’s context.
In all her work, Helen remains loyal to what it is true, right and possible and yet she has a quiet and centered leadership style. She is strongly committed to pursuing both-and solutions with her clients, steering away from either/or with creative and sensitive thinking.
Helen feels Called to illuminate the inherent wisdom of every soul through facilitation, teaching and writing. Her Cause is to reawaken and celebrate the wisdom and greatness of humanity. Her Destiny is to advance human unity.
Helen’s degree is in Zoology, with a minor in psychology from the University of Alberta. She is writing a book on co-creating team effectiveness and improving performance through facilitation.
