As a Secretan Center faculty member, Diane serves as a One-on-One Coaching Guide and teacher of Higher Ground Leadership®.
Through private confidential coaching, she provides clients with a one or two day intensive sanctuary for deep authentic exploration. There, Diane’s clients access inner wisdom, inspiration and the focus needed to continuously improve self-satisfaction, realize goals and make important life decisions.
Diane has a creative, non-technical delivery approach that provides thought-provoking and fun-filled learning opportunities. By honoring each person’s strengths and differences, she infuses sacred practice into all areas of living.
She has held various leadership roles for CIBC, a large Canadian financial institution, most recently as Regional Manager Service Quality. As the internal consultant and coach for the Senior Vice-President and District Managers she supported over 10,000 employees in the Toronto area.
A non-denominational minister, Diane facilitates the sacred in all aspects of life and dedicates herself to her Cause of facilitating divine identity through her work. Her Calling as a mother, friend, coach and teacher serves her Destiny: to generate spirit on earth.
Her passion for serving the world by inspiring others allows those she touches to deepen their relationship with their Spirit and with the Divine. Diane values the uniqueness in all of us to be sacred leaders in all aspects of living and being.
