Erin Caldwell is a personal and inter-personal explorer, connector and co-creator within the quantum field.  Her joy is sharing with others how to become conscious “reality-shifters”, manifest their intentions, and realize their dreams.

She is the co-founder of Quantum Ties Inc. and has created many unique learning models and sessions that assist individuals, groups, and organizations to become "transformation, inspiration, effectiveness specialists".

Erin creates a "container" (mental, physical, emotional and spiritual) in which healing, renewal, connection, and transformation can occur. She dedicates the ‘listening’ attention of her body, mind, heart and spirit to the needs of the moment. She augments with her mastery of psychometric tools for integrating communication and relationships, and helps individuals discover their personal Core Gifts and the powerful and profound application of these Gifts to every part of their lives.  Erin’s Destiny is to increase Light, Love and Life. Erin’s Character is to free others. Erin’s Calling is to heal hearts and spirits through writing, speaking, coaching, and facilitating.

Erin Caldwell has thirty years experience designing and implementing comprehensive  customer relations and individual and organizational development processes in a number of industries. She has held 5 Director level positions in a large, government Corporation, worked at a senior executive level for 7 years, and directed a very successful internal organization development consulting group for 2 years. Erin has in-depth experience working with individuals and groups in all phases of a comprehensive human development (personality & soul) initiative.

Erin’s Mastery currently expresses itself in within the QTI (Quantum Ties Inc.) personal and professional client services, including the unique ATIM residential Intensive.  She has six certifications, in training experience in over ten programs related to her field, and her Communications studies at the British Columbia Institute of Technology. In 2000 she was the winner of the International Association of Business Communicators Gold Quill Award of Excellence for Employee Communication. She has written four books, including Angels & Oranges (1995), Close To Home (1996) and is currently writing The Wild Song: Claiming the Crone with three other women.
