Charleen Tupper Victoria, BC, Canada

Charleen Tupper (Victoria, British Columbia, Canada) is a seasoned organization development specialist, with depth of experience working with individuals who desire to access their inner wisdom, and maximize their personal effectiveness.  She is a dynamic change catalyst and coach experienced in working with sr. executives and front-line leaders on issues such as resiliency, life purpose, creativity, personal power, public speaking, assertiveness, self-esteem, leadership effectiveness, and work-life balance. Her client groups include Fraser Health Authority, UBC, UVIC, BCAA, Basketball BC, Auditor General of BC, various Ministries within the public service, and business owners.  She has expertise in the areas of leadership development, systems thinking, organizational transformation, team development, capacity building, employee engagement, and creativity.  She is an experienced psychometrics administrator with the Meyers Briggs Personality Type Indicator, DISC, Emotional Intelligence, creative leadership capacities, and 360 leadership assessments.

Charleen holds a Masters degree in Leadership, a BA in Applied Communications, and is a certified executive coach through Royal Roads University, an ICF accredited program.  She is a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF), and the BC OD Network. By invitation, she is a member of Lance Secretan’s International Advisory Circle, where she led development of the ONE Coaching Guide. She has also received awards of excellence from the public service, and the International Association of Business Communicators.
