Elizabeth Skronski (Toronto, Canada) is an executive and personal coach whose cause is to help organizations and individuals be re-inspired. She believes that two simple words, courage and compassion, can heal organizations and people and deliver results efficiently, authentically and ethically. Elizabeth also shares the lessons she learned in her journey as an executive and a human being through her inspirational speaking and her various workshops.
Her desire to bring forth Lance Secretan’s work and help re-awaken the human spirit in organizations comes from her days as an executive in an industry that demonstrated very little loyalty to employees.
While an executive, Elizabeth experienced many of the challenges that executives face: work and family pressure and balancing the two, inspiring employees while continuing to develop herself as a leader, meeting the company’s expectations, finding meaning in her career and last but not least, the need and longing to have someone objective as a sounding board.
Today Elizabeth coaches executives, managers as well as personal clients from diverse industries and backgrounds, including non-profit, government agencies, consulting, manufacturing, transportation and health and wellness sectors. Elizabeth also manages a program for women whose aspirations are to start their own business. She has facilitated Business Master Mind groups and has worked extensively with people in career transition.
Elizabeth’s ability to listen and ask questions in a compassionate yet challenging way brings her clients to new levels of awareness and development. Her philosophy is that everyone starts at a different place; she listens to what the clients say and offers what they need.
Elizabeth holds a B.A. in clinical psychology from McGill University in Montreal, Canada. She has extensive knowledge and expertise in Latin America, Asia, United States and Canada markets. Working in the United States at the corporate headquarters of a major American international transportation & logistics company has provided her with a global understanding and appreciation of various cultures. She is a graduate of B/Coach Systems, LLC where she completed her designation as a Certified Business coach and is also a Certified Personality Dimensions facilitator.
