Tracey Gilmore is Director of Delivery at the Secretan Center. Tracey is passionate about helping to transform traditional, old-story organizational cultures into authentic, inspirational soul spaces through Higher Ground Leadership®. Tracey’s calling inspires her to seek out new, effective methods to communicate the message of "Spirit at Work" to Leaders so that they may inspire their team members.
After completing a double-major degree in Mass Communications and Psychology, Tracey developed her interpersonal skills as a Consultant Specialist for an HR Consulting firm and increased her knowledge of media as a sales coordinator for the advertising department at Maclean’s and L’actualite magazines. Most recently, Tracey had the opportunity to hone her organizational skills as a project manager for a Toronto-based software company. Tracey applies her management skills to coordinate the logistics for the Secretan team, faculty, partners and clients.
Tracey recently relocated from Toronto to Fergus, Ontario where she enjoys biking, hiking, swimming, kayaking and camping. Tracey’s other passions include traveling, writing, photography, cognitive science and counseling psychology.
